Welcome to MetricVIP. By accessing, registering or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue the use of our services.

1. Purpose of the service

MetricVIP is a digital analytics and content management platform that allows users to connect social networks and external tools to collect metrics, generate reports, and/or schedule content within the permissions authorized by the user.

2. User registration and account

To access the platform, the user must create an account and provide accurate and updated information.
The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity within the account.

MetricVIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions

• Attempt to manipulate the system or data

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

3. Connection to external platforms

When connecting social networks, ad platforms, or other tools to MetricVIP, the user authorizes the collection of data through official APIs, strictly within the permitted scopes.

MetricVIP does not request or store direct passwords from third-party services.

Users may revoke permissions at any time and data synchronization will stop immediately.

4. Permitted use

Users agree to use MetricVIP only for legal purposes and in accordance with the rules of external platforms. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute or share access with third parties

• Decompile, modify or perform reverse engineering of the software

• Schedule content that violates copyright, community rules or laws

• Manipulate or intentionally alter data retrieved from third-party APIs

5. Plans, payments and cancellations (if applicable)

The platform may offer free and/or paid plans.
For paid plans:

• Renewals may occur automatically depending on the selected plan

• Payments are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the billing cycle

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

6. Service availability

MetricVIP strives to maintain the platform operating effectively, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on external infrastructure and third-party APIs.

MetricVIP is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• API restrictions or changes from external platforms

• Outages of social networks or connected services

• Failures from hosting providers or infrastructure suppliers

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform — including software, UI, designs, images, texts, brand and content — are the exclusive intellectual property of MetricVIP or properly licensed.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

MetricVIP is not responsible for:

• Financial losses derived from platform use

• Blocking, removal or penalization of external accounts due to violation of their rules

• Damages caused by improper or unauthorized use of the platform

Users are solely responsible for the content they schedule, publish or monitor through MetricVIP.

9. Modifications

MetricVIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified if modifications are significant.
